5-6 Years (29th May 2004-28th May 2005)
School Life
13th July 2004 James has just got his level 1 swimming certificate 
. He did very well as he hates swimming on his back. 19th July 2004 James swung across Monkey Bars on his own. James' first school trip was on the 1st July to Mole Hall. July 2004 First school sports day. James won the egg and spoon race. By the age of 6 years James was reading stage 6 of the Oxford Reading Tree. He really enjoyed the Floppy story's. James was also good at maths and could count up till 29.
By Feburary 2005 James knew his 10 times table and could say half his 5 times table with a little help and was learning the others.
Food
James still had a good appetite, in fact he sometimes ate me out of house and home so we had to have a lock on the dinning room door to keep him away from the food. James had a packed lunch at school and hated sitting on the same table as those with school dinners as the smell from their meat gets on his sandwiches. As from January 2005 James started having school dinners first just on Fridays for the 'fun lunch' and since half term all week. He really enjoyed them. James favorite food was Chocolate, Yoghurt and Boiled egg, he liked Water & Milk to drink.
Speech
James' speech is getting better although he does still have problems with some words. James also still has problems with his communication and understanding. He doesn't understand sarcasm
Favorite Things and Play Time
James best friend at school was Katie. James loved Magic Key story's about Floppy the dog and enjoyed watching the TV program along with Big Cook Little Cook. James loved Playmobil and the game Pop up Pirate in fact he loved Pirates and even had a Pirate birthday party
. His favorite story was one that Uncle Eddie and Auntie Anna gave him for Christmas and is about him, Christopher and their 2 children My Adventures with Finding Nemo. James loved the film Shrek.
