Thank you to the organisers and helpers of the various fundraising events which took place throughout the year and which ended with the Charity Cabaret Night at the Railway Club, Green Lane on Halloween. The function had a fancy dress theme and was well attended by adults and children (witches, wizards, vampires and ghouls) and a good time was had by all. Thank you to everyone who supported the events this year which have included raffles at the various Inter District matches and League finals and the Presentation Night, Rounders Tournaments, Golf Memorial Day, Race Night and Cabaret Night. The fundraising has now closed and the cheque for the final amount will be presented at the AGM on 10 November. |
