PLEASE NOTE:  The deadline for registering players is 30th JUNE.
Players may only be registered after that date in exceptional circumstances. (See Competition Rule 14)

Change of PLAYER Details
This is a new form to advise the Registration Secretary when players change NAME or ADDRESS

If you have the correct software, the files will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader
and you should get the form printed on a single page from you printer.
If you get a box asking if you want Acrobat to access the Internet, just hit NO (the file is already on your computer).

If you do not already have Acrobat, you will probably be asked if you want to download.
