***Vital information for all Club Secretaries***
LEVERHULME PARK PITCHES
Please note that all games on Leverhulme Park will now be played on the grass area at the Bury Road end of the park. Vehicle access to the pitches will be through the barrier off Blenheim Road (at the side of the former Police Station), vehicles will be able to drive along the hard standing road to the pitches where parking is available. A portable toilet and storage cabin, similar to those sited at Hulton Lane Playing Field, will be situated close to the pitches. Home teams will have keys to both the barrier and the cabin.RISK ASSESSMENT FORMS Following recent correspondence with our Insurance Broker regarding renewal, Club Secretaries whose teams are covered by the League Policy must ensure that all completed Risk Assessment Forms are retained until instructions to dispose of them are given. Under no circumstances should they be destroyed, defaced, mislaid or lost. The Committee can not over stress the importance of this point, if a document is not available when required / requested you may be in default of the policy conditions and cover may be declined. It is only a minor task but it is of major importance.
