ITEMS FOR YOUR ATTENTION

Teams will be sectionised at the committee meeting on Thursday 15th January,
following which, details will be available from committee members,
the BSF web site that can be found at www.boltonsportsfed.co.uk, within a couple of days,
and hopefully, in The Bolton News, as soon as space is made available to us.

Following the statement made by the Treasurer at the AGM regarding the Fees to be levied for next season,
a Committee meeting was convened to consider the Leagues Finances.
All aspects of both income and expenditure were considered in depth,
a number of areas where savings can be made were identified and decisions put in place to implement these savings.
Despite this, the decision was taken to increase the fees payable next year for all teams to ensure
that the League meets all its financial obligations and finishes the season without returning a negative balance in the General Account.
The new amounts payable are itemized on page one of this Newsletter.

The program of Child Protection Courses will continue during 2009 along with associated CRB Approvals.
These are not optional
Further information can be obtained from The Welfare Officer, Angie Hill,
or either of the two Counter Signatories Glenda Parkinson and Dave Jolly.
