Risk Assessment Form

It is a condition of the Public Liability Insurance Policy
and the Child Protection Policy that
 a Risk Assessment check be carried out before each match.

Items included in the check include:
1 - Playing/Training area
2 - Equipment
3 - Personal Possessions
