I am proposing to make a change to promotion/relegation criteria. Any runner who does not race at all will be relegated. The bottom two point scorers will also be relegated. Two runners will be promoted unless extra needed to make the higher division up to 12 runners. Look at the tables to see what would happen if the current scores were used. Email me to voice your support or objections. |
