Macmillan Cancer Relief helps to provide the expert care, and practical and emotional support that makes a real difference for people living with cancer. Funds are raised for specialist Macmillan nurses and doctors who deliver the best in cancer care. They also support the building of vitally needed treatment centres, give financial help to those who need it most, and provide a range of cancer information both locally and nationally.
I met all the costs of doing the trek myself, and every penny that has been raised through sponsorship will be donated to Macmillan. I'm still finalising the collection but expect to raise about £4,000. Thank you very much to everyone who supported me!
