| Your booking - All bookings are subject to availability
and must be made by a person over 18 years of age. Bookings for
single sex groups or groups of people under 21 years of age will
only be accepted by prior agreement. Any person whose behaviour is
considered unreasonable or inappropriate will be asked to leave the
chalet. No refund will be given for lost days in this event. We
retain the right to refuse any booking prior to the issue of your
written confirmation.
Paying for your holiday - Once availability has been
confirmed you should immediately send a deposit cheque (non
refundable) for £50 to Mrs J. Turvey. Cash payments can be sent by
registered post but we can't accept any responsibility for loss of
payment by this method.
We'll then send you a booking confirmation showing you booking
details and the balance of your total holiday cost which must be
paid at least 4 weeks before your arrival date.
However, if you book less than 4 weeks before your arrival date the
total holiday cost must be paid in full at the time of booking. No
reminders for payments will be issued. Should your payment not be
received by the due date, we reserve the right to re-let the chalet.
Changes/Cancellation - If you want to change your booking
once your booking confirmation has been issued, an administration
fee of £20 will be charged. If you have to. or wish to cancel the
booking you must inform us immediately in writing. We recommend all
holidaymakers provide their own travel / holiday insurance as no
refunds are given. If availability exists you'll be given the
opportunity to move your holiday to another week, if the total
holiday cost of the substitute week is higher the difference must be
paid by the hirer within 7 days.
Arriving and departing - All bookings run weekly from
Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise stated. When you've paid for
your holiday in full, you'll be sent details of how to find the
chalet park and a key-card. It is ESSENTIAL you take this key-card
with you as on arrival at the chalet park as you'll need to exchange
this for the chalet keys. The keys will be available between 2pm &
4pm unless otherwise agreed. Replacement key cards won't be provided
On your departure day, please vacate the chalet by 10am and
return the keys to the reception. If keys are not handed back to
reception or have been lost you agree to pay the costs incurred of
replacing the security locks on the chalet.
Pets - An additional charge is made of £15 per pet per week
or short break. We ask that you;
keep your pets off the furniture/beds, don't leave your pets
unattended in the chalet, keep dogs on leads at all times in the
chalet park and clean up if your dog fouls. Dangerous dog breeds are
not allowed on the chalet park at any time.
Smoking - Is not allowed anywhere in the chalet.
Bed linen - Is not provided. The mattress/pillowcase covers
should not be removed unless for cleaning due to soiling
The Chalet - You agree to keep the property dean and tidy and
leave it in a similar condition as you found it upon your arrival.
You agree to pay for any breakages or damage, caused by
you, your party or pets, to either the contents or structure of the
chalet, which occurred during your holiday.
Circumstances beyond our control (Force Maieure) - Should the
accommodation become unavailable, a full refund will be given. No
compensation, expenses, costs or other sums will
be payable in such circumstances. We will not accept any liability
for alterations to the facilities on the park, or failure of local
amenities to those advertised.
In the case of dispute - our decision is final. This does not
affect your statutory rights.
