CD/DVD cataloger -- Cathy version 2.24

Cathy is a small program that can be used to catalog the contents of your CDs and DVDs. You can then look through the catalogs for that elusive file, rather than having to put each disc in the drive, wait for it to spin up, etc.........

I wasn't sure how useful this utility would be, but having used it for a few weeks, I have to say I'm impressed.
I keep quite a few backup discs, containing hundreds of software programs, photos and music albums. And normally when I require a file I have to check each disc until I find it, which can take quite a while.
But with Cathy I can instantly call up a list of the disc contents and if necessary perform a search. As well as discs, Cathy can also catalog the contents of folders on your hard drive.
You can create different groups of catalogs (software, music, photos, etc), by creating shortcuts to Cathy and starting them in different folders.
The program itself is a tiny 46k, but I would recommend downloading the pdf help file as well, as it explains how to use all the program features.
