Minutes of October 3rd Meeting

  •  Present:- Wilf Carter(UCATT), Brian Kennedy(Amicus), Richard Morse( UCAC ), Rose Dentus (Amicus)

•  Apologies:- Karl Riordan (Unison), T Dave Gunter (UCATT), Tom Sexton(Unison), David Giles (Unison)

•  Minutes of last meeting passed as a true record, proposed Rose, seconded Richard. Rose gave a report of the Asylum and Refugees conference.

•  Correspondence

•  Wales TUC Chairs and Secretaries meeting

•  Wales TUC Challenging Racism

•  Wales TUC Women's Conference - It was agreed that Rose would attend if she were able.

•  Voice of the Unions October

•  Liberation October

•  Chairperson - There was a discussion of the Chairperson moving away from the area. It was agreed that Wilf would take over the role.

•  Next meeting-The following dates were agreed for future meetings:-

November 7 th , December 5th
