AGM Feb. 7th 2005

Present:- Richard Morse ( UCAC ), Wilf Carter(UCATT), Karl Riordan (UNISON), Brian Kennedy (Amicus), David Giles (UNISON), Rose Dentus (AMICUS)

1. The minutes of February 2nd 2004 were accepted as a true record. There were no matters arising.

2. The Secretary (in absence of the Treasurer) reported that as of January 10 th 2005 there was £256.10 in the bank account.

3. The Chair and Secretary gave reports from the Wales TUC Conference Llandudno May 2004, the Secretary gave a report from the Tolpuddle festival and from the second Merthyr Rising event.

4. The following auditors were appointed:-

Brian Kennedy, Rose Dentus

5. Richard Morse re-elected Secretary, Rose Dentus was elected treasurer,Wilf Carter was elected Vice-Chair.
