From a core concern of the basic human need to see, touch, possess and alter materials, my work branches across a broad range of specific processes, skills and interactions; Appropriated matter, wood, metal, fabric, paint and rendered forms respond to the optical intellect games involved in human perception and object production. I accept and accommodate subjective human deduction, welcoming the discrepancies and variance of response as a core narrative in the work. By calibrating presented observations of the pursuit of knowledge and the consumption of time, I attempt to rationalize the work in existence. Tracking and presenting assimilated elements of manual and intellectual interaction. Mythologizing and re-iterating an explanation of a fundamental yield.
