The transit was observed from a hotel complex in Sharm el Sheikh, a resort on the extreme south-east tip of the Sinai Peninsular, Egypt.

GPS gave my position as  N27° 52.351"  E34° 18.285". 

The timings are local, which were 3 hours ahead of GMT.
