| PEGASUS UPDATE |
 The
proposed implementation dates for Pegasus are as follows. The MK41 area
will be 12th January and the MK42 area will be the 2nd February. These are
proposed dates and are subject to change. Any questions please see Terry

| RICHARD PRATT - HAS RESIGNED AS BEDFORD DELIVERY REP / SECTION SECRETARY. - RICHARD'S LETTER. |

Dear Members It is my decision to
hereby resign from my position as union rep for Bedford DO. By and large
over the last 17 years I have enjoyed representing the majority of the
member’s interests and holding back the worst excesses of national
agreements on your behalf. However, recently I
have found it increasingly difficult to appease the membership who do not
seem to realise the status quo is not an option.
Pegasus and the like have brought me into conflict with some
members, which has given me even more grief than usual. I am disappointed that
a member has seen fit to complain anonymously to Headquarters with a
venomous attack on my character. This
has been the final straw and has gone some way in helping me finally
realise I have had enough and it is time to give someone else the
opportunity to represent the members. The position will be up
for election in due course but in the meantime I wish Terry Hubbard and
