About the Artist

Email the artist

Having been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis six years ago, Judy Tadman left a successful career in nursing to study art full time as a mature student. Art had always been a compelling and enjoyable pastime
and her work has frequently been included in a number of successful exhibitions.

On completion of a Pre B.A. Foundation Course in Art & Design, Judy went on to complete a Higher National Diploma in Surface Pattern before joining the second year of B.A.(Hons) Fine Art for Design. All three courses have been undertaken at the Batley School of Art & Design in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, U.K.
