4 Tracking - Upgrading the Rail Network

As all Tamworth residents will be aware the rail network is currently being upgraded.

Start: 00.25 on Saturday May 3rd 2008

Finish: 05.30 on Tuesday May 6th 2008

Major construction work taking place as more gantries are assembled and signals attached. Expect beeping sounds as machinery reverses and lots of general building noise. As the works will be taking place overnight you can also expect bright lights to be used.

Start: 00.30 on Saturday 24th May 2008

Finish: 05.30 on Thursday 29th May 2008

Testing to take place of new equipment. Limited effect on local residents.
