To select a Task, Click on the Name or Page Number. This will take you to your chosen task. All Tasks have start up buttons with instructions, each task will be timed on them and you can print these out. Exit buttons take you to the menu and you use the Previous and Next page to navigate through the system. The Quit buttons exit out of that task.
