 U H S Leeds has just  issued a severe weather warning to its clients, and following on from last year

 when U H S  had a quite a few changes in the climate to deal with , U H S has decided that 

this year It will have to change slightly its working practices on keeping its clients informed.

 

Apart from not being GOD ( He He )and being unable to predict the changes in climate,

U H S also is making  the best use possible of the current technology and has been using 

a forecasting system since the middle of last year.

U H S has also added Rock Salt Application to its listings 

for the paths leading to office doors etc when the snow hits us all,This service is

at set call out fee and cost of Salts, U H S will not be able to apply to Large Car Parks

 and advises those clients to contact the large gritting firms.

BUT U H S also Stresses 

That clients must pre plan and book a slot for this eventuality in advance, so that when these conditions

 hit U H S can plan its visits, Richard Said " We know its impossible to say when the weather and snow will hit  ---

But if clients at least plan the gritting service with me in advance we can then try to

minimize the disruption this causes, I will only put this Gritting plan in action when its needed"

 

U H S states that the only changes the clients will see is that when bad weather hits ,

be it Snow as they stated above or Rain -- High Winds -- or any other severe weather condition,

 that U H S will have already  informed all its clients by letter of the climate changes we have all seen

 over the past few years,  and as soon as the weather improves it will return all its sites

 to the best possible commercial or domestic standards .

 

Since it is a large task to keep all its clients  informed closely a format letter is in process of being sent out ,

stating that it is impossible to predict the conditions at certain times of the year ,

and along with its practice of  Q I S S ( Quality - Integrity - Service - Strength ) 

knows that its clients understand this situation.U H S will also inform them that it will make

every possible effort to keep on track, but also U H S will be reminding  its

commercial clients that they are on a set monthly fee, apart from call outs.

As this is the case and the fee is calculated over the whole year, and also that 

this is then divided in to 12 monthly payments for ease of administration, 

  spreading the summer visits cost over the whole year.

U H S stresses that the invoicing system will remain constant

even if the visits are reduced in a set month due to adverse conditions, 

and that they will be restored A S A P up to a set point at no extra charge.

 

The assurance U H S CAN GIVE is that once conditions improve, 

Additional efforts will be made by U H S to restore the rota up to a set point  as soon as possible.

 

U H S feels that its clients will understand this, and they know from the past experience

with U H S that they will  keep as closely as possible to its motto of Q I S S .

 

Speaking from his Leeds office Richard the owner of U H S LEEDS said,

client is a happy client ,That is why I have made this statement and also why I am taking

 the time out to keep them up to date".
