After 47 hours and 'you don't wanna know' ammounts of money I managed to get a PPL(H) and Robinson R22 type-rating. I started in Weston (Ireland) and am now fly at Panshanger (Hertfordshire). Great fun but costly at around £220 an hour to learn!
