Having returned from Dublin and making a few £££ on the selling of my flat I decided to splash out and buy a new car. I test drove many but the 'wolf in sheep's clothing' that this Seat Leon Cupra 20VT displayed was unbeatable. Add to that I got one of the last with leather-electric-memory seats as standard and I was happy. Well, not that happy - I chipped it later on from 180BHP to 220BHP ;)
I got my first (and only) speeding ticket in this car - no suprise. Apart from the turbo and the seats it also had auto-wipers and mirror, climate control, 6CD changer, traction/stability/abs, folding mirrors and 16" alloys as standard. The final piece was a private plate - L30 NCR spelling the make and model. In the end I sold the car a year later to make way for a new house (and another golf).
