We have all trained to be fully insured professional therapists, with the relevant organisations including:- The British Academy of Sound Therapists, CHSVA Spiritual Venturers Association, British School of Yoga, Jade College,  International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies, VAI, The College of Sound Healing (Tutors) - Affiliated to the UK Sound Healers Association.

We are three qualified therapists who have worked together for nearly fifteen years now in the Field of Complimentary Health.

All of our therapies are carried out in the calm and peaceful settings of our homes in Flitwick, Beds and Sundon Park, Beds.

All three of us came into the holistic way of working due to ill health.  After having received treatment from GP's, hospitals etc, we all decided at varying times that there must be some other way that we can help ourselves

June found help via a healing centre when after losing her first husband at a young age, after re marrying Rob a few years later, she started to suffer with bouts of depression.  She was instantly given anti- depressants by the doctor, and sent to see a psychiatrist who sat behind his big desk, not in the least interested in my problems, and basically told me to go away and pull myself together - just what you want to hear.

But it made me realise that I was not going to get help from the medical profession apart from pills, so this is when I started my quest to find my own cure. 

I won't tell you the whole storey but in a round about way I was guided to a Holistic Healing Centre, primarily as I thought to try meditation to try a still my overactive mind.  This I did, and yes it did help, but I went on from there and became more engrossed in the holistic way of life, and slowly I started my healing process.  I say slowly because it took me a few years to totally work through my emotions.

My focus then changed to wanting to know more about healing, and how it worked. I just grew and grew, training in my different therapies, and working from the heart with compassion and understanding.  I had found my place in life. And so it goes on......

Rob my husband of 18 years now (2007), came into the holistic/spiritual way when he met me, I took him to a psychic supper at the spiritualist church in Bedford, and a medium said "what are you doing sat there, you could be doing this".

The rest is history, after some persuading he came to the healing centre to see what it was all about, and slowly it worked its charm over him.  Although Rob still has what we call "a normal job", he also practices his therapies in the evening and some weekends.

Dyane our close friend for a vast number of years, or so it seems, came by the holistic health way the same as myself.  She fell at her place of work down a spiral staircase after slipping on oil that had been spilled.  This left her with ruptured discs in her back and a great deal of pain, and immobility.

Once again after going as far as she could with the medical profession, via a friend she was introduced to the same healing centre, where I worked in Bedfordshire, and with a lot of healing and emotional support like myself she came through the other side, and decided that she would like to train to help others as she had been helped.

so between us we have had many experiences both good and bad, emotionally, mentally and physically at different times in our lives,  but this had made us who we are.  Genuine people who wish to help others through difficult times in their lives.   

As therapists we work both as a team or individually, as the clients situation requires.  We are warm and down to earth, and believe that laughter is the best medicine.

All of the therapies that we offer are not meant to replace seeing your Doctor, but to run  alongside that treatment.  So it is always advisable with any condition to seek your doctors advise before beginning any complimentary therapy treatment.  Always look for therapists that are fully trained and insured in their particular field.
