Some more walking in Snowdonia

Crib Goch and Tryfan

Here are some pictures of Tryfan's north ridge. Mostly this is easy scrambling with a few slightly more difficult steps. You do have to use your hands in places but as far as I know, this applies to all mortals.
At the base of a steeper bit. Another view of Tryfan More north ridge
Crib Goch is the first and best bit of the classic Snowdon horse-shoe. It is pretty relentless easy scrambling, with lots of exposure leaving people such as myself clinging on in sheer terror. Apparently it's a walk in the park for some, who cheerfully take the whole thing at a run, if that's not too much of a contradiction. A nice view on the way up Crib Goch
Looking back along the Crib Goch ridge. Another of the same view along the Crib Goch ridge. Back towards Crib Goch past the pinnacles.
Snowdon is always under a cloud as far as I can tell. Anyway, here are a few more dark and foreboding views in the style that I always seem to achieve.
