RESULT CARDS  

When completing a result card a few essential details are required, it is the responsibility 
of the home captain to ensure these are in place.

  
Firstly the correct date must be entered at the top of the card, the omission of 
this can cause confusion when compiling results.

Secondly the players name and correct handicap must be entered as per fixture book. 
If a player wins after playing off an incorrect handicap, if at a later date a complaint
is received and proven to be bonafide the win result would be reversed.


Thirdly the total number of points gained by each team should be entered in the location
 provided for this on the result card. At the end of the match both team captains should
check the result card is correct.  This act is most important as once the card is signed off
and received by the Hon. Secretary the result will be accepted as being correct.

Please, take a moment to ensure the card is correct prior to posting
failure to do so could cost you points

NEW REGISTRATIONS

When making an application to register new players, a true description of their ability must be given. 
Whether the person concerned has had any previous league experience or not,
their true ability should be declared at the time of application.
  
If you know  the applicant has an ability of better than +15 then this should be stated,
to  register a new player and not declare his true ability is not what we expect from our members.
 
Please note. 
All new applications must be accompanied by a registration form giving full and complete details.
