Stationery Samples

1.If you would like a sample of an Invitation - either one from our range or even describe what you are looking for, please just contact us with your requirements - you can even send pictures/colour cuttings of the type of style you would like us to incorporate into your card.

Samples are £2.50 - an invoice through Pay Pal would be emailed to you and as soon as we receive your payment we will create your sample.

2. A price quotation and sample pack will also be given along with any samples we send you.

3. Please allow a delivery period of between 10 -14 days for any samples you request. (please note that the delivery period may be longer after Wedding Shows due to high demand).

4. If you require further samples or would like to place an order, please complete the Sample/Order form which will be enclosed with your sample requested.

Stationery Ordering

1. After you receive the sample and would like to proceed to place an order - Please contact us to confirm any quantity amendments. We will then send you a revised order confirmation, price and approval samples (where required).

2. Once you receive and are happy with the approval sample, simply then provide us with your deposit (50% of total bill - non refundable) either by cheque made payable to: Jennifer Singh, electronic bank transfer or Pay (2.5% charge). Please feel free to phone to discuss any Stationery queries before you place an order.

3. Once a deposit is made, this enables us to book your time slot for production. Please note that time slots are on a first come basis - so the sooner booked the better!

4. Where possible, please book well in advance - preferable 8 months in advance, as you would require your invitations at least 2 months before your wedding date and this would also allow us reasonable design and production time for your order. Please however contact us whatever your time period is and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Please note that wording information for items such as: Order of Service/Day, Menu, Place names and Table Plan can be sent at a later date once they have been finalised.

6. Final payment is due upon delivery of the stationery. Delivery/pick up arrangements can be arranged.

8. There is no minimum order for any of our Stationery.

9. Please note that as all designs are hand made to order, each card may vary slightly which adds to the individuality and uniqueness to your bespoke stationery. We can guarantee that each card will be made to the same high standard.
