INTRODUCTION

Regular TWA2LB visitors may have noticed a slight change to the site....so much so that it isn't here any more! Well, things change and time moves on....but some of the old files and notice boards will come back - but until then, this is the home of the Tale of Two Tigers.

This site is undergoing some major changes - I ran out of space and a new project came up, so something had to be done. If you need anything from the old twa2lb, then feel free to email me.

There is a lot planned for twa2lb's revival. Firstly it is where 'The Tale of Two Tigers' (a Microsoft Flight Simulator Tigermoth World Tour) will be based. Flight details and information will be posted (fingers crossed) whenever a flight leg is due, or when one has finished. That's just for starters!

A forum of sorts has been set up - and a message area - so that fellow fliers can drop in a line and find out the latest news. A links page has been included and pictures of the flight in progress with maps and associated odds and ends have found their way onto these pages. (Tiger links and facts etc).

The rest of the site will be put up as time allows - this will include some altered photo images, other non-tiger links, maybe some kind of info about me (Okay...maybe not!), but time will tell.

The Two Tigers featured have been used due to their connection with the funeral of my Father - Frederick Henry Jones OBE MRAeS CEng TRIBUTE. He was a pivotal player in the world of air safety and wreckage analysis, so there will be more information about him added due to popular demand - at least until I can find a way to republish his book!

The two main pilots are both Emma Field fliers - myself (EFC-751) in G-ANFM and Timbo Grahame (EFC-717) in G-AXBW. The flight simulators being used are Microsoft's fs2002 and fs9 CoF. The trip is supported by Emma Field Flying Club, using Bill Lyon's (Golden Eagle Squadron) wonderful Tigermoth package - with paint modifications by myself. The repaints for the Fred Jones Memorial Tigermoths are available from the saintly Simon's One Stop Shop.
