We have had a problem with the front window in the lower cabin when the lower deck flexes the seals around this window keep breaking and leaking, we are going to put a split window in with a strengthening bar down the center.
We removed the front window and put in a strengthening bar, this was then fibre glassed over, and layers of fiber glass applied to build it up. Once we have sufficient thickness we can then start sanding it down to get the desired finish. We also have to taper the edges to accomodate the window rubbers. Hopefuly this will cure a longstanding problem we have had with this window.
