What type of people join?
Our members are career people, graduates or like minded people. However, the most important membership criteria are a willingness to join in, socialise and share a social life with people of similar tastes and interests. Both single people and couples are welcome.
So what do you do then?
We are run by members for members, so basically we do anything the members want to do, provided its legal and involves having a good time. The choice of events is endless; the events page gives ideas. If there's something you particularly want to do, then once you are a full member, why not organise it.
What age are your members?
Most members are 35-55, however, there are no age limits and those of like mind are always welcome.
What does the £27 membership cost go on?
Mainly running costs such as bulletin printing, postage, admin costs, publicity and occasional event subsidies.
Do I need to live in Leeds?
No. A few members live some distance away, but most members do live in and around the Leeds area. Members living more than 25 miles (as the crow flies) from Leeds pay half rate.
