A Room with a View

My home has a wonderful view of the Campsie hills overlooking Glasgow. I can see beyond these hills towards the southern highlands of Scotland. The surrounding hills and mountains give a magnificent backdrop to the glorious and infinite designs of clouds in our skies. In medieval times it was thought that the clouds could foretell great disasters. The great fire of London was supposedly foretold in this way.

I was lucky enough to photograph a Tornado on the Campsie hills, proving that even Scotland has severe weather conditions at times.
