First Visit and Consultation
At our first visit we can show you a portfolio of some of our previous work. Then we shall discuss any work which we would advise you to carry out, going through each room including the front and back of the house.  If you wish to continue with our services, we would follow this up with a detailed Action Plan report including samples, and describing each room in detail, from where to find and purchase the necessary items, to providing a comprehensive list of trades people and contractors to use that have been tried and tested.

We would look at de-cluttering, de-personalising, cleaning, repainting, re-assessing floor and window treatment, lighting, landscaping and accessorising. By taking photographs and measurements, we are then able to assess balance, scale, texture, colour, and existing architectural elements, using as many existing items in our redesign as possible.

Sometimes we change a layout, as often, if someone has lived in a certain way, it is difficult to imagine changing the function of a room, and the owner is too close to see what a significant difference even a small change can make. It can be hard for the owner to remain impartial, so we take you through each stage carefully, offering you constructive advice in order to create a homely and harmonious environment as cost-effectively as possible. We have developed an eye for what a home is missing, and we can purchase any items if you require them, on your behalf.  If you are Home Staging to Sell, these need not be an unnecessary expenditure, but can also be taken with you when you move.
