Filter house is a bit grand I suppose. A wooden structure built from timber is built over the filters. This is a view through the frame of front of the building. The front rests on the wall built roughly half way across the old pond.
The filter are when finished measures 4m x 3m and gives a good working area.
Here the roof of the filter house can be seen in the distance. All pipe runs had to be dug and laid this distance.
Some timber is added for the roof.
Things are a little tidier now, the wall in view was once the old pond wall and will provide the base for the area in which the pumps will sit.
Cladding has been added and given an initial coat of paint. Eventually the whole area will be screened off from the rest of the garden. The roof was the next addition.
