Blair doesn't give a damn about ordinary workers

The reason why the Irish government banned smoking in all pubs was to protect pub workers from the dangers of passive smoking. Blair is a qualified barrister who specialised in Employment law; his first big job in politics was shadow Employment Spokesman; and he leads a party which was founded to represent the interests of ordinary working people. If he doesn't ban smoking in all pubs it will prove he doesn't give a damn about ordinary workers; he will be condemning some of them to a slow and horrible death from lung cancer.
