REIKI is a hands on healing technique thousands of years old. It is thought to have been rediscovered in the late 19th century from ancient Tibetan Buddhist documents. It is a simple technique that can be easily learned and used by anyone.

The word 'REIKI' is a Japanese term. Rei means God-consciousness or universal and Ki life force energy.
Ki is the same as Chi in Chinese and Prana in Sanskrit. In English we use terms such as life force, cosmic consciousness and divine energy.

REIKI is a system for channelling life force, or subtle energy .

It is learned through attunements in which the student is connected up as a channel by a REIKI Master.

After having had the attunements, you can treat people by placing your hands in a sequence of positions .

REIKI is not a religion and involves no belief system although it does have a spiritual dimension. It is compatible with any religious or other beliefs.

REIKI enhances all other therapies such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Swedish massage.
All that is needed is the intent that the energy will run during the entire treatment.

Individual Attunements,
Reiki taught in small friendly groups.

Reiki First Degree involves 4 attunements and is taught over two days.

Reiki Second Degree involves 2 attunements and is taught in one day.

Reiki Master is taught by arrangement on a one to one basis.
