A Spiritual Quest that started my path as an Earth Healer

Through staying open to visual images both in meditation and around me in the outer world I was lead to Bryn Celli Ddu a bronze age burial mound and stone circle on Anglesey. As well as drawing images of the site I had been seeing in meditation the surrounding mountains and location of the sea, but the overriding compelling image I had been seeing and drawing had been a large standing stone with patterns carved onto it's face. By following the messages from my meditations I found myself at Bryn Celli Ddu in Anglesey and it was a very profound and moving moment to see at the entrance to the burial mound a replacement for the stone I had been seeing in my meditations. The original standing stone (about the same height as myself) had been replaced with a replica -made of some white cements type substance with an attempt at recreating the spiral patterns on the original stone. A plaque explained that the original stone was in the National Museum of Wales to preserve the ancient carving.

This sacred site is in a beautiful spot with mountains as a backdrop it has to me a wonderful feeling of peace and beauty, but the absence of the standing stone pulled at my heart with a sense of loss.

From this point I knew that I was there to replace the stone. Earth Healing by clearing the energy channel at Sacred sites - including practical techniques to use on site
Not literally but to replace the energy that the stone represents, as there was no energy or magic in it's replacement. I realized that all the tools to do this I already had. I had just taken a Sekhem initiation and knew how to use a crystal programmed with energy to replace the stone. I knew how to send energy healing through distance Reiki or Sekhem, and had been using my meditation paintings Meditations for channeling and visualizing healing images to do this. During the following months clear guidance was coming through during my meditations, I later realized this is what people call channeling. As the date of the total eclipse drew near I felt compelled to go to Bryn Celli Ddu to replace the stone with a crystal.

The day before the total eclipse I found myself in Anglesey on the road to Bryn Celi Ddu. After parking the car I started to walk to the Sacred site. I was surprised to see that the footpath I used on my first visit was closed and a new footpath had been constructed. As I walked the new path eyes looking downwards to be careful where I was walking, as I carried my sketchbook pencils and crystal, I was aware of how right the path I walked was. I had been drawing for the past few days this very path. I had seen it from above and so as I walked over a small footbridge I saw the stream tumbling over stones just as in my meditation. When I arrived at the site it was as if all had been swept clean in preparation for the work I was about to do. There were no people, at this well visited site. It was as if I had stepped out of present time. The chamber had no tributes of flowers or offerings. All was quiet and peaceful as if time had stood still and it was waiting. I prepared the site as I had been shown in my meditations and gave thanks.

The following day was the total eclipse and my husband and I spent the night before on Anglesey. The next day we went to Barclodiad y Gawres another Sacred site on Anglesey, which overlooked the sea to watch the total eclipse. I sat there this beautiful morning looking out at the sun over the sea, totally at peace enjoying the experience of the eclipse with other adults and children safe in the knowledge that Bryn Celi Ddu was open to receive the energy from the Universe of this special alignment. There was a sense of completion in what I had done. The call to do this had been so strong that I just knew I had to go to Anglesey at this time. Meditation to contact Higher Self, nothing would have stopped me. If I could not have taken leave from my job I would have walked out after 18 years there without a second thought.

Since this time I have worked with earth healing. Gradually remembrance of past lives and connections to Anglesey and Wales have emerged. I have come to see our Sacred sites as earth chakras, which need to be clear and open to channel the energy from the Universe. I stay open to ways of working with this energy and have continued to use the time of the full moon when sun and moon are in balance as a time to send out group healing energy for our planet.
