My name is Pat Howfield, I am a British School of Yoga Meditation Teacher for Healing Meditation and Advanced Meditation.
As a Reiki Master Teacher I offer individual Reiki attunements and training in small friendly groups.
As someone who has practiced meditation every day since the 1960's I am aware that meditation does more than physically relax the body and calm the mind, - by listening to your intuition, your innermost thoughts and feelings you gain confidence to trust your own judgement, your creativity is enhanced and you become aware of the beauty of life.

I teach Meditation using a wide variety of methods and have made available on this site meditations that my Reiki students have found beneficial to their spiritual development, and to help with chaneling healing energy.

In 1995 I started to see strong visual images in my daily meditations, which I felt compelled to draw. From these images, I called Dreamkeys came a path to earth healing meditations, which I shared with a few special friends. After their experiences I was encouraged to make these available through my site.

During the years I worked as a Therapist of Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Sekhem Healing I taught meditation to my clients as a way to continue with the benefits of their treatment and stay well.

The experience of working as a Therapist in a professional environment and my college training enables me to teach my 2nd degree students the aspects of how to treat clients in a professional manner and the guidelines for working in a salon.
