Delivery Schedule

Delivery Charge Per Parcel is £2.00 for Goods upto the Total Value of £25.00 , £2.50 for Goods Upto the Total Value of £50.00 and £4.00 for Higher Value Parcels Which Will Be Sent Via Courier Service.

All Products are Shipped Discreetly in a nondescript Package with Absolutely no indication as to the contents.

All U.K Orders are Sent Recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.

Goods that are in Stock will be dispatched the Same Day. If for Any Reason We are out of Stock of any Item , We would expect to get your purchase to you within 12 Days. All of our Products are Imported from the United States and China so Please Allow 28 Days Before Contacting Us.

If You are Not in when your Parcel Arrives , Royal Mail will Keep Your Package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to collect it. After 7 days the Parcel is then Returned to Us. Postal Charges Apply to Send the Goods back to you.

Returns Policy

For Items that Are Not Broken and Wish to Be Returned the Following Policy Applies :

1. The Goods Must Be Unused.

2.The Goods Must Be In Their Original Packaging.

3. Goods That Are Not Heat Sealed in The Box Are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable.

4. Items Supplied In Sealed Packaging That Have Been Opened Are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable.

5. The Goods Must Be Received Back Within 14 Days From The Date You Received The Order.

6. Lingerie and Items of Clothing Are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable.

7. Videos and Magazines Are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable.

If We Suspect That The Goods Have Been Used or Any of The Above Conditions Are Not Met , We Reserve the Right to Return The Goods to You.
