Infant Judo

For Children aged 5 to 8

Between the ages of 5 and 8 children are learning to co-ordinate their body movement and develop new skills both mentally and physically. With the help of Judo (which is an Olympic Sport) children are taught skills which develop mind and body co-ordination which increases confidence and awareness, improves fitness and flexibility and helps develop a sense of equality and fair play. As members of the British Judo Association, which is the National Governing Body for Judo in Great Britain, we have expert qualified coaches to guide your children through all the basic Judo techniques and skills. The children are taught in a safe and fun environment with games and skills matched to their abilities and tailored to individual capabilities. It is both recreational and instructive.
