Your Move

The crowds in the background are waiting to see the next move played out on the spiritual stage of the world. The sides look evenly matched. Look at the pieces. Gold’s move is next (Gold team). As the crowds behind hold their breath, can you tell which piece will move next?

If you haven’t worked out the next move yet, the Gold Bishop will move diagonally two squares to the right making Check Mate. The symbolism is that Jesus (gold Bishop) is set to take the Devil right out of the game – Check mate. Simultaneously, the curtain hiding the Holy of Holies where only God dwells is torn open to allow us all the opportunity of having a restored relationship with God.
