4:Man 30's

In summary, I was diagnosed with ME a couple of years ago, and at the time was a complete mental and physical wreck, being unable to walk, and with severe and related mental issues (not wanting to go out of the house, not wanting to be on my own etc). I have known Peter as a friend for a great many years so it was natural for me to follow his advice. I followed, and still follow, a strict Nutritional Therapy programme, which has seen me recover to what I would describe as nearly 100% of my previous level of health (I still have some minor mental health issues that I am dealing with, but they are totally residual compared to where I have been, and physically I am now in better shape than I can ever remember). In my final meeting with the ‘conventional medicine' consultant that I had also been seeing, she made the comment that I had achieved in two years what she would expect an ME sufferer to normally take eight years or more to achieve.
