From this newsletter you might expect at most one mail per week or two on average.
Topics are likely to be on nutrition; information on other
healing modalities especially Body Electronics; talks and workshops I
am doing. Some will be articles written by me; a lot will be selected
emails forwarded on from other people; some will be articles I have
come across on the web; some are likely to be about campaigns within
related alternative health fields (for example the European Supplements
Directives and so on).
Joining is easy - Just Enter Your Email Address ...
You will get a confirmation page from Yahoo, followed by a confirmation
email from them. All you have to do then is to reply to the email, or
click the link in it to verify you are the owner of the email account.
You don't have to have a free Yahoo account to join, but do to access
things like message archives.
It is a newsletter and not a forum: any emails sent to the group will bounce, any replies go to the group moderator.

other details on to anyone, I have more integrity than that. Any emails
you send me which I forward on to the newsletter I will try to remember
