Introduction
I would see the following as myths about health and nutrition. I have come to these conclusions after extensive reading and in many cases experience with clients. Some are actual facts which cannot be realistically argued against from a scientific standpoint. Some could be held up to the dubious light of what I would call "vested intersest science" and thrown out, so they are just what I happen to believe. The ones marked with a * I do not believe are true under all conditions, they are just generally true the way most people think of them. Common sense should be applied to the list also. For example, if you have gall bladder problems, a higher fat intake may cause problems. In fact you could change a number of things on the list in your life and get into problems, so I would suggest to do you own research and make an informed decision yourself, where only you are responsible for your actions.
