To develop a deeper understanding / communication with our pets/horses.
To educate and train practising Energy Healing Therapists to enhance their knowledge and skills with pets/horses.
To extend those skills to enable the students to work on pets/horses using the Energy Healing Techniques.
To educate students to enable them to be able to communicate with other professionals such as veterinary surgeons, farriers, saddlers, equine dentists etc..
By the end of the 3 levels, students will have the experience, knowledge and confidence to:-
Give a complete Healing Treatment to a pet/horse (work as a professional healer is not recommended until Level 2 and case studies have been completed).
Understand their role within the animal health/welfare arena and their relationship with their colleagues, owners and carers.
Communicate with pet/horse owners offering relevant information and advice.
Communicate and work with other health professionals involved in the animal health field.
NOTE: If you have already been attuned for Reiki with other teachers and wish to qualify as a small animal or equine healer, you will need to attend Level 1 Day 2 only and Level 2 Day 2 only and complete the case studies required for Level 1 and 2 for pets and/or equine. Please see additional requirements for equine underpinning knowledge (see table below).
Please note along with the traditional Reiki training at Level 2 you will also be working with the auric energy field, dowsing, working with colour and crystals, an in depth study of the chakra system and meridian within the body. These subjects are not normally covered in traditional Reiki training.

If you wish to train in energy healing therapy for pets/horses, all that is required of you is that you are comfortable around animals.
You may choose this therapy for your own personal use or on a more professional basis. This form of healing is working intensively with our intuition - it employs a technique that stimulates the body's natural healing ability to repair.
If you wish to be certificated for human Reiki only (not pets/horses), then you will not need to do the additional home study work listed below. However, you will need to show a competence level by doing human case studies.
This is a 1 or 2-day course and is sufficient if you only wish to work on your own and friends' animals. It is not necessary to have any experience of healing. This degree is a permanent attunement for the use of Reiki healing. The first degree is the foundation of all the three degrees and the start to one's personal growth.
Day 1 covers healing for humans if you only want to be certified for human Reiki. If you wish to be certified for pets and/or equine you must attend both Day 1 and Day 2.
Before doing Level 2 Reiki healing course, you will need to do a minimum of 5 cases studies - these may be done on human/human and equine or pets as applicable (a minimum of 3 equine or pet case studies are required), horse care course or have a relevant equine related qualification (minimum Horse Owners Certificate Levels 1 and 2) to be certificated as an Equine Healer.
Complete an assignment and home study work on psychology and behaviour (for equine certification only).
The second degree requires further initiations for attunement for mental and emotional and distance healing.
Day 1 covers healing for humans if you only want to be certified for human Reiki. If you wish to be certified for pets and/or equine you must attend both Day 1 and Day 2.
Before Level 3 can be undertaken there is a requirement to do 6 case studies and for the pet and/or equine certification hold a minimum of BHS Stage 2 or Horse Owners Cert. Levels 3 & 4 or equivalent qualification.
The third degree requires further initiations for attunement to the symbols utilised in this level. You will be trained to use the third degree symbols which will again provide an increase in power. You will continue to develop your spiritual energy power learning to connect for healing and communication purposes with our animals. With this advanced level is included 6 cases studies and whilst on the workshop sharing with the group 2 case studies from Level 2.
This level includes how to deliver and teach Reiki students, including Master symbols and how to attune students. On the 2nd day of this workshop you will be required to give a presentation.
Students will be invited to complete this level by Caroline Booth and Elizabeth Bate.

Home Study packs are available so you can study at home - written assessment to be taken at the College.
