JANUARY
2006 ........'PINOCCHIO'
Ah - the story of Pinocchio - the wooden
puppet who became a real boy, thanks to the dedication and love
of his creator Geppetto, and the good services of the 'Star Fairy'.
Despite many trials and tribulations - getting kidnapped to join
Stromboli's Circus, being swallowed by a whale, not to mention
the evil machinations of 'Old Nick' - Pinocchio did become a real
boy who was honest, good and kind; all the elements, in fact,
for a good family pantomime. With it's lively music, excellent
scenery and terrific front-of-house and backstage teams the sell-out
show was a real success, enjoyed by all. Special thanks to
Adam Higgins, who played Pinocchio, for an outstanding performance
Here are some photos of the pantomime
- thanks to Faye, Tom (Birkin), Jackie and others for supplying
extra pictures.
