AmmoPickup

This message is sent whenever the player picks up some ammunition. It doesn't update the ammo display (see AmmoX for that), but does add the ammo icon to the pickup history at the right-hand edge of the screen.

Byte	Ammo ID
Byte	The number of rounds picked up.
