Coach No. 4
This coach is based on a
Lynton and Barnstaple Railway design and offers the passenger a
"real railway"
experience on the 7¼ gauge. This includes proper slam doors
with ventilators and droplights, a varnished interior with slatted seats
and even carriage prints!
There is a possibility
that a small number of these
coaches may be available in
the near future. The price will be around £5000.
The coach can be built as a
compartment/ balcony (as shown), as an open coach or as a
brake third. It can
be produced in a six-foot (illustrated) or eight-foot version.
