Terms and Conditions of Trade
Bulk
orders will despatched once 5 working days have elapsed from receipt of
payment. Please allow a total of 7-10 days for delivery.
Paul
Robinson Art use 1st and second class mail as well as parcel post.
We will discuss this with you to choose the best means of despatch, and
the price, prior to accepting your order.
All
other orders will be despatched with 48 hours of receipt of payment via
1st class post, unless you request otherwise.
All
products will ship using suitable protective measures, for example A3
prints will be shipped in a robust tube with secured end caps, A4 prints
will be shipped in a plastic sleeve within a sturdy, cardboard backed,
envelope.
Greetings
cards are individually cellophane wrapped and despatched in a
sturdy, cardboard backed, envelope.
Bulk
purchases will ship boxed, with additional protective material as
required, e.g. bubble wrapping and / or polystyrene chips.
In
case of dissatisfaction, a full refund will be given. Purchasers have 14
days from the date of despatch to reject their purchase, either in part
or in full.
Refunds
for goods damaged in transit will only be made if postal insurance has
been paid for by the purchaser.
All
goods will ship under a certificate of posting and non-deliveries will
be investigated by the Post Office or Courier company and replacement
items will be shipped on confirmation from the relevant organisation of
their non-delivery.

Robinson Art regret that personalised items can only be returned in
the event of damage during shipping. |
