I offer a modestly-priced service for digitally copying old photographs. The originals can be prints (up to A3), 35mm negatives or 35mm transparencies, colour or black & white.
I can supply the processed digital images on CD or as prints on good quality ink-jet paper.
During the process of publishing our local history books, I have had a lot of experience in digital repair of photographs which have been damaged by the ravages of time. This can be extremely time-consuming, so I can only really give you a quote when I've seen the original.
I recommend the use of Epson ColorLife paper as it has been formulated to be reasonably resistant to fading and has a lightfastness expectancy of 25-27 years. [Important - see note on Lightfastness below]*
