ABOUT US

RAYNET is an acronym for the RADIO AMATEURS EMERGENCY NETWORK and is a nationwide organisation of licenced Radio Amateurs and Shortwave Listeners who have pledged to assist with radio communications in support of a natural or man made disaster.

We are the RAYNET Group covering the royal county of Berkshire.

We hold regular meetings and provide comms support at many events throughout the year, assisting the St John Ambulance Brigade and other voluntary organisations.
