A personal view

The converted mill with the apartments and marina can be seen in the immediate foreground. Behind them are the Dolphin Hotel and car park, with Hemingford Meadow behind it. See also the bridge, with The Quay on its right, and (just visible) the spire of the parish church in the mid-background, with Holt Island in front of it.


The Free Church spire is on the extreme left (with Market Hill on the far side of it). Behind the bridge, The Quay stretches diagonally to the right. The extended Dolphin Hotel is in the right foreground, with the mill behind it round the bend in the river.
