Team Speak Aggony use TeamSpeak to enable team members to talk with each other while fighting a battle Please follow the steps below to install and set up TeamSpeak onto your PC. As well as having speakers you will also need to have a mic installed. 1. Request for an id and password from AggonyJudgee, AggonyRaven or AggonyLion by sending one of them an e-mail (see members page for e-mail addresses). 2. Install TeamSpeak if you do not already have it. Use the link: www.teamspeak.com to download and install the 'TS2 Client' for Windows. Do not select the 'Updated Executable' one. 3. Start TeamSpeak and take the option Connection and then Connect:
4. Right mouse click on 'Server' and take the 'Add Server' option:
5. Type in 'Aggony' as the server name. Type in the details as shown below. Enter your Nickname, Login Name and Password (AggonyGazza will tell you what your details are):
6. Click on 'Connect' to make the connection to TeamSpeak 7. Right mouse click the Room you want to move to and select the option 'Switch to Channel'. By moving from room to room you should see who else is connected:
8. You need to define which key will activate the mic. Do not use voice activated as it can cause problems if you have background noice in your room at home.Take the 'Sound Input/Output Settings' option under 'Settings':
9. Select the 'Push to talk' option. Click on the 'Set' button' then press the key you want to use:
10. The only other thing you need to worry about is your Windows setting on your mic. You may find that the volume has been turned down or even off. Go into 'Control Panel' and take the option 'Sounds and Audio Devices' (The name may be different under different versions of Windows). Make sure that the volume slider is all the way to the top:
